Columbia College-Lake of the Ozarks was established in 1990 and moved to its current facility in 2005. The space offers large comfortable classrooms, a state-of-the-art science lab and high-tech computer labs. Students enjoy a large commons area with a small kitchen, computers and comfortable study chairs. Nursing students work in a medical skills lab complete with current hospital equipment. The venue provides a unique educational opportunity to working adults through its degree offerings and eight-week course format. With a national network and a robust online program, the college offers convenient courses to civilians and military learners. More than 900 students each year take a mix of in-seat and online classes here.
